Return & Exchange
Thank you for your purchase at www.teasetbox.com. We are proud to offer a 30-day return & exchange policy on all of our items. We accept return & exchange requests that are eligible for the policy. Here is the return & exchange policy below:
- If you get a defective item, or a wrong item, or an item damaged during transit, or an item missing accessories, you can return or exchange it within 30 days. Typically, we will ship the replacement within 24 hours after verification.
- If you want to return or exchange the product due to buyer reasons (e.g. you don’t like the pattern etc.), the buyer will be responsible for a 10% restocking fee and all shipping charges when returning the items.
- If the item is found defective or wrong or damaged or missing accessories, please inform us within 7 days when receiving the product. If it is more than 7 days, the order will be confirmed and we won’t be responsible for the problems.
- If you want to return or exchange the product due to buyer reasons (e.g. you don’t like the pattern etc.), please inform us within 30 days when receiving the product. If it is more than 30 days, the order will be confirmed and we won’t return or exchange it.
- The returned goods must be unused, unmodified, with tags and packaging. All accessories must be returned together.
- Before returning an item, you must submit a return request and documentation to our email(service@teasetbox.com) or fill form via Contact Us page. A return & exchange authorization email will be sent to you within 2 business days, including the destination address for the return. The return address isn’t the company address shown on www.teasetbox.com.
- The return documentation includes: –Your order number. –Your delivery postcode. –State the reason for the return & exchange. –State whether the product is used. -Photographs of the package and product. If you don’t tell us the truth and it’s returned in a used condition, we’ll contact you to talk about your options.
- After receiving the return address, please return the parcel within 14 natural days and inform us of the return logistics number by email. Otherwise, the Return & Exchange Application will be unable to continue the return process. If the parcel is returned to the wrong address, we would not be able to process your refund or exchange it.
Return & Exchange Fee
For all returns due to buyer reasons (e.g. you don’t like the pattern etc.), we will charge a 10% restocking fee and the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
For the defective item, the wrong item, the item damaged during transit, and the item missing accessories, we(the seller) will be responsible for the restocking fee and return shipping fee. Typically, we will immediately send the replacement free of charge.
Refund
The refund will be issued within 5 business days from the date of the receipt of the returning package.
The exchange package will be shipped out within 5 business days from the date of the receipt of the returning package.
Warranty Period
Due to the nature of our products, we do not promise to offer a warranty. However, please feel free to ask us by email if you have any questions about our products. We can provide services that make people happy.
